As Heard On The Wolf

Hours after Luke Bryan's show at Jones Beach Theater on Long Island, NY, one of his trailers smacked into the Sunrise Highway overpass on the Wantagh State Parkway in Wantagh early this morning (8/28).

Everyone seems to be ok. Newsday is reporting that State police said a tractor trailer involved with the singer’s “Huntin’ Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day Tour” didn’t quite make it under the overpass. The accident is said to have happened at roughly 2:30 am.  Ordinarily, tractor-trailers are not permitted on parkways, but Newsday says special permits are often issued for vehicles associated with performances at Jones Beach theater.

The tour schedule would suggest that the trailer was headed for Kentucky as Luke Bryan prepares for his September 1st date in Lexington, KY.

Who crashed Luke Bryan's party!? Glad to hear everyone is okay! #nycountryswag • ????: @zone2photo
